Yet another case of the dog that barks the loudest; you just can’t make this type of stuff up my friends.
John Castro, the man single-handedly responsible for dozens of 14th Amendment challenges against President Trump, has been charged and arrested.
According to reports, John Anthony Castro was arrested and charged for allegedly filing false tax documents and defrauding the government.
Castro, who owns a virtual tax-prep CPA business, was reportedly caught falsifying tax returns for his clients in a sting operation conducted by law enforcement.
Authorities allege that Castro would massively inflate his clients’ tax returns in return for splitting the massively inflated sums with his firm.
The businessman and litigant was reportedly indicted on 33 counts of falsifying the tax documents last week. Here’s more on the story:

The Hill claimed:
Castro was busted by an undercover police officer, prosecutors outlined, who posed as a customer for his tax services.
While a reputable tax preparer promised the undercover agent a $373 tax return, Castro instead claimed he could get $6,007, and offered to split the difference in extra cash.
The tax forms Castro then filed on behalf of the undercover officer contained nearly $30,000 in fraudulently claimed deductions, prosecutors said.
Proud Army Brat commented: “Yeah, John Castro definitely has ‘NAME RECOGNITION’ now! An actual CRIMINAL decrying that President Trump was a criminal! Imagine that?”

Newsweek defended Castro:
Castro told Newsweek that the indictments against him are political retaliation for his taking on Trump.
In an interview with Newsweek, Castro defended himself against the federal tax charges, claiming the allegations are based on “misunderstanding” of tax law by some of his clients.
