Actor Mark Ruffalo Caught Using Fake AI Images of Donald Trump to Push False Epstein Narrative

Woke Hollywood actor Mark Ruffalo, who played Bruce Banner/The Hulk in Marvel movies, recently shared fake AI-generated images of Trump with young girls on his social media to promote a misleading narrative about Epstein Island.

When he got caught, Ruffalo did not apologize for the lack of oversight or take responsibility. Instead, he blamed Elon Musk for “allowing so much disinformation” on X.

Ruffalo posted the fake AI images, which depict Donald Trump posing with young girls aboard a jet ‘headed to Epstein island’, on his X account.

The images were originally posted by another user, which Ruffalo retweeted with his own commentary to smear Trump and MAGA supporters.

Take a look at his post on X here:

Shortly after posting, Ruffalo was called out by X users and a Community Note was added exposing the photos as fake and AI-generated.

Here’s how Ruffalo responded to getting caught in the act:

Now, either Mark Ruffalo is incredibly ignorant and really did not know these images were AI. Or, he did know they were not authentic and shared them anyway in a sick attempt to smear Trump.

Either way, Ruffalo has been getting absolutely roasted online.

Check out the brutal response on X:

The AI-generated images of Trump that Ruffalo shared were debunked 8 months ago as fakes by fact checker Lead Stories, which stated:

Did old, never-before-seen photos surface in May of 2023 of Donald Trump posing with young women on a private jet, and also partying with Jeffrey Epstein? No, that’s not true: Although there are authentic images of Donald Trump posing for pictures with young women and with Jeffrey Epstein, these three images surfaced on social media without any provenance or explanation of where they came from or what they show. The images show telltale signs of having been partly or entirely fabricated with an AI program such as Midjourney, leaving legs off Epstein in one case.

The Independent Journal Review commented on Mark Ruffalo’s use of these fake pictures:

Is Mark Ruffalo a liar, or merely ignorant?

If there’s a third option after the actor, who played Bruce Banner / The Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, shared images on social media that had been debunked eight months previously as created by artificial intelligence, I can’t see what it might be.

Ruffalo shared the images in a post to X on Thursday, despite the fact that fact-checker Lead Stories debunked the very same images in an article on May 9, 2023.

“Gross,” he wrote in the post. “#MAGA wants to paint everyone on those flights as pedophiles except the one guy who smiles in a group of young girls all headed to Epstein’s ‘Fantasy Island’ with him.

“My bet is there are some decent republicans left in America that may think this is going too far,” he added.

My bet would have been that there were some decent actors in Hollywood capable of distinguishing between reality and fantasy. I think Ruffalo has a better chance of collecting on his bet than I do.

Now, while the images that Mark Ruffalo posted on X of Donald Trump were not real, there are some recently unsealed images circulating online of young girls on Epstein Island

Maybe, instead of pulling up months-old fake AI photos to push fake narratives about Trump, Ruffalo should focus on getting justice for the actual victims of Epstein and Co…
