What are they so afraid of and why the sudden change?
Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, the same firm that Hunter Biden sat on the board of, recently lawyered up and even retroactively registered as a foreign agent with the U.S. government.
Only one thing could have prompted such a drastic move on the part of Burisma—the looming threat of a Biden impeachment.
Both Hunter Biden and Joe Biden seem to be in dire straits legally speaking, and this is just one more development that suggests 2024 is going to be a very momentous year. Does Burisma know something the rest of us don’t?
Investigative reporter Natalie Winters provided the corresponding documents and the breaking update regarding Burisma’s legal status.
BREAKING: Burisma, the Ukraine gas giant that paid Hunter Biden millions, just lawyered up.
The company and its founder retained the white-shoe law firm Cravath according to the Foreign Agent Registration Act database.

Winters went on and asked: “The criminal law firm representing Burisma, the Ukraine gas giant paying Hunter Biden millions, just registered as a Foreign Agent for its work in 2016. This proves once and for all Hunter Biden violated FARA.
The firm was trying to prevent an investigation from the Obama admin and got meetings with high-level appointees including key anti-Trump impeachment witness Marie Yovanovitch.
Hunter Biden was engaged in the same exact work. Will he get raided like Rudy Giuliani?”

Just The News had more details:
The paperwork, submitted to the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) database, show the scope of work for lawyer John Buretta, of Cravath, Swaine and Moore, for the Ukrainian energy company and its founder at a time when the company and its founder were beset by a corruption investigation from the Ukrainian government.
Washington Examiner explained:
John Buretta disclosed the work he did for Mykola Zlochevsky, the former head of Burisma, in 2016 in documents filed with the Justice Department this week under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which requires Americans representing certain foreign interests in the U.S. to disclose their work to the DOJ.
