State Senator Goes On The Offensive, Introduces Bill To REMOVE Biden From Ballot!

They want to remove President Trump from the ballot? Two can play that game!

More than 30 states now have official proceedings to remove the 45th President from the 2024 ballot under the pretense of the 14th Amendment.

To be clear, the 14th Amendment wasn’t even used to keep literal Confederate leaders out of politics following the American Civil War.

At least one conservative state Senator is now taking the fight to Biden and the left by co-sponsoring a bill to keep Joe Biden off of the 2024 Presidential ballot in his state.

Bill Eigel, a Missouri state Senator, has co-sponsored a bill to prevent ballot access to Biden. Eigel cites the current undocumented migrant crisis at our border as one of the main reasons Biden has betrayed America and should be removed.

Eigel recently published this press release explaining his reasons for co-sponsoring the bill in Missouri:

Republicans nationwide have proposed ways to keep Biden off state primary ballots, given the crisis at the southern border under his watch, but Eigel’s legislation would be the first attempt to do so.

State Senator Bill Eigel stated: “They are never going to stop. This is why I am filing legislation that would disqualify Biden from the ballot in Missouri.

If radical leftists continue to push lies and fairytales in an attempt to kick Trump off the ballot in their states, Republicans have no choice but to buck up and fight back— use the facts to remove Biden from the ballot before he destroys this county even further.”

Eigel went on: “By the Democrats’ own standard, Joe Biden should be immediately disqualified and removed from the ballot for the ‘aid and comfort’ he has given our enemies.

Our country is being invaded because Joe Biden has swung our southern border wide open. President Biden has allowed more than 8 million people to stroll across our border illegally, causing more harm to this country than any other president in American history.

My legislation exposes the absolute absurdity of Colorado’s and Maine’s decisions to remove President Donald J. Trump from the ballot.

If radical leftists continue to push lies and fairytales in an attempt to kick Trump off the ballot in their states, Republicans have no choice but to buck up and fight back — use the facts to remove Biden from the ballot before he destroys this country even further.

NBC News reports that Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft is also taking measures to protect ballot access for President Trump nationwide:

Ashcroft said he plans to file an amicus brief — in support of neither party — warning the Supreme Court of what he believes will happen if Colorado’s disqualification is allowed to stand.

“If Democrat states are saying we’re not going to let these Republicans run, you bet you’re going to see the same thing happening from Republican states. And it’s not good,” Ashcroft said.
