BREAKING: President Trump Files CONTEMPT Motion Against Jack Smith, Issues NEW Statement!

Deranged Jack Smith just won’t quit despite the unambiguously clear directions from the court.

Until the issue of Presidential immunity is decided, Jack Smith is not to introduce any new motions or otherwise litigate the current case against President Trump.

Of course, Smith has continued to petition the court for this and that, and through the holidays too! Doesn’t he have a life or a family? He needs to give it a rest.

Sick of Smith’s clear violation of the court order, the 45th President and his legal team filed a new motion to hold Jack Smith in contempt of court.

Their filing opened up with: “The Stay Order is clear, straightforward, and unambiguous. All substantive proceedings in
this Court are halted. Despite this clarity, the prosecutors began violating the Stay almost immediately.”

Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung also issued this statement in response:

Axios broke down elements of the Trump legal team’s recent motion:

Trump’s lawyers asked Chutkan to release an order showing why prosecutors should not be held in contempt or ordered to withdraw the filings they have submitted.

Trump’s lawyers also asked Chutkan to explain why prosecutors should not be barred from submitting future filings.

Conservative influencer George summed it up: “The Stay Order is clear, straightforward, and unambiguous. All substantive proceedings in this Court are halted.” Despite the pretrial & trial deadlines being indefinitely postponed, Smith has still been filing new discovery requests, more motions, etc.”
