The View Host Ana Navarro Now In Hot Water, Potential Lawsuit Inbound?

There is apparently some sort of long-term feud between co-hosts of The View and their former colleague Meghan McCain.

One of the show’s co-hosts, Ana Navarro, reportedly threw barbs at Meghan McCain, the daughter of the late Senator John McCain, and accused her of influence peddling. Navarro’s comments were not direct, they were inferred.

McCain then shot back at both Navarro and the broader cast of The View, called them all “crazy old people,” and voiced her wishes to be left out of their conversations.

She even went so far as to threaten potential legal action against Ana Navarro if Navarro continued to make claims of McCain influence-peddling on air.

Below is the segment where Navarro reportedly made the offending remark toward Meghan McCain:

Decider provided this statement from McCain: “[Ana] throws around the fact that she worked for my dad [and] knew my dad… I mean, all day long and again, pull the receipts.”

The New York Post had more details:

McCain, who appeared on the daytime talk show as the resident conservative panelist from 2017 to 2021, had less than fond memories about her counterparts on Wednesday’s episode of the “Your Welcome” with Michael Malice podcast.

“The thing about ‘The View’ is that I didn’t know when I signed my contract with ABC that this is forever, that, for the rest of my life, I’m going to be bullied, yelled at, abused, and brought up for years,” McCain, 39, explained.

Multiple outlets took notice of the ongoing feud between the two women that could potentially spark litigation on the part of Meghan McCain.

The Hill confirmed:

McCain in a social media post that day said she would explore a potential lawsuit against the show over the remark, writing she has “never been accused of a crime in my life and am a patriotic American.”
