President Trump and his legal team have just filed an appeal in the fraudulent 2020 election case!
Following the Supreme Court’s denial of Jack Smith’s recent motion, the former President’s legal team filed their motion to throw the entire case out.
That’s right, a complete dismissal of this sham of a case. Everyone knows President Trump did nothing wrong.
All he did was question the results of a highly dubious election—this line of questioning has, quite frankly, become a part of the American tradition.
Al Gore questioned the hell out of his election, and you know what? He was likely the winner. Hillary Clinton practically created a second career questioning the results of the 2016 election.
She actually went so far as to suggest that we should dismantle the Electoral College, remember that?
There are scores of Democrats, too many to name here, who have questioned the results of their elections. Since when did it become illegal to ask questions in America? Here are the latest developments:

Just The News confirmed:
Trump’s attorneys Saturday evening asked the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn a lower court decision rejecting the former president’s claim that he is immune from prosecution for activities that fall within his official presidential responsibilities.
Jack Smith’s entire case has also taken a massive hit due to the Supreme Court’s rejection of his request to expedite the issue of Presidential immunity.
This likely means that Smith won’t even be able to do much with his case before the 2024 elections roll around.

The Epoch Times added:
The defense also noted that the prosecution had failed to show otherwise why this March 4 trial date—which has featured prominently in the prosecution’s requests—was so important.
With the arrival of the Supreme Court’s ruling, the appeals court can now proceed with President Trump’s challenge.
