JUST IN: One Last Chance? Political Prisoner Julian Assange To Lodge One ‘Final’ Appeal

The now-legendary whistleblower Julian Assange is lodging what could be his final appeal to avoid extradition to the United States.

Assange, the founder of Wikileaks, is currently imprisoned in Britain on 18 counts revolving around spying, that’s according to Washington D.C.

In reality, Assange did nothing but expose the criminals in the deep state and the criminality of the D.C. elite. No one ‘died’ as a result of the work done by Wikileaks.

I’ll tell you the one thing that did die though: Hillary Clinton’s presidential dreams. That’s it, that’s why Assange was pursued and ultimately detained.

Knowing this, how could Assange get a fair trial in a country ruled by the likes of Hillary Clinton and her ilk?

“A fair trial, let alone Julian’s safety on US soil, is an impossibility were he to be extradited. The persecution of this innocent journalist and publisher must end,” Stella Assange told the media.

Assange’s legal appeal is set to be heard in February of 2024 by the United Kingdom’s High Court. Here’s what we currently know:

Reuters explained:

He spent seven years holed up in Ecuador’s embassy in London before he was dragged out and jailed in 2019 for breaching bail conditions.

He has been held in prison ever since while his extradition case is decided.

His lawyers have also applied to the European Court of Human Rights which could potentially order the extradition to be blocked.

The Libertarian Party demanded the freeing of significant whistleblowers Julian Assange and Edward Snowden.

The party stated: “All charges must be dropped against Edward Snowden and Julian Assange, and the two should walk free IMMEDIATELY. Then they should be given medals for exposing government wrongdoing at great risk to their own lives. This is the moderate position.”

Assange has bipartisan support in Congress, according to Fox News:

Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., introduced a resolution expressing that “regular journalistic activities” are protected by the First Amendment and that the U.S. government should end its prosecution against Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, who is accused of publishing classified U.S. military documents.

The bipartisan resolution introduced Wednesday was co-sponsored by Reps. James McGovern, D-Mass.; Thomas Massie, R-Ky.; Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga.; Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla.; Eric Burlison, R-Mo.; Jeff Duncan, R-S.C.; Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., and Clay Higgins, R-La.
