Elon Musk has started a new poll asking the X community whether or not Alex Jones should be allowed back on the platform.
I don’t want to count the chickens before they hatch, but It would appear that Alex Jones is coming back to Elon Musk’s X, formerly known as Twitter, with 70% or more of respondents voting yes at the time of this writing.
Obviously, I voted yes, I’m not a commie, and I encourage you to do exactly the same.
Now, I am willing to bet that it was Tucker’s recent interview with Alex Jones and the subsequent nagging from almost the entirety of the X community that prompted this, but it may also be a giant middle finger to the likes of Disney and the ADL.
The billionaire industrialist is known for his epic trolling and anti-establishment views. Reinstating Alex Jones, who was previously kept off of X, likely at the behest of advertisers, would be an excellent way of telling them to go f*ck themselves.
Here are the current results of the poll that has 9 hours left and will conclude around midnight tonight:
This poll could be bigger than the poll to allow Donald Trump back on the X platform. https://t.co/ecBT5CJqGi pic.twitter.com/uEcshpfxBL

Late last year, BBC News quoted Musk as saying:
Mr Musk responded to tweets asking if Jones could be next.
He wrote that his own child had died, and that he “had no mercy” for anyone who “would use the deaths of children for gain, politics or fame”.
The talk show host has once again become the focal point of conversation following a seismic hour-and-a-half long interview with Tucker Carlson.

Musk has changed his previous position as evidenced by the recent poll and this report from The Hill:
The entrepreneur’s question and poll post appears to be a reversal of his previous words on the reinstatement of Jones to the platform.
Last year, Musk responded mockingly to a user of the platform who asked if the controversial figure would be able to return to it.
