WATCH: Candid Video Reveals President Trump’s Lighter Side!

It is often in off-handed, random interactions where you can get a taste for who someone truly is.

President Trump can hang, he’s 77 years old, but he can hang with the best of them! We see this at UFC fights and in the casual interactions he has with people both on and off the campaign trail.

I couldn’t ever imagine Biden showing up to a UFC fight, that’s past his bedtime. I could never imagine the Resident-in-Chief coming out on stage dancing to Sam & Dave’s “Hold On, I’m Coming” either.

While this might sound odd, it deeply matters that a man can hang out and that others want to hang out with him.

President Trump isn’t just a fixture or a lifeless politician without a soul—that matters. He’s relatable and down-to-earth.

In yet another one of these candid, casual interactions, President Trump can be seen in his golf car, with his now famous iPad playing James Brown’s classic “It’s A Mans, Mans, Mans World.”

Now, I don’t know about you, but funk, soul, and Motown music are some of the best, and among my favorite genres.

Take a look at the moment President Trump rolled up on his golf cart playing James Brown below:

BBC News revealed more of the 45th President’s musical tastes:

The president is a big fan of The Rolling Stones, Eminem and Elton John (a decidedly one-way relationship), but his favourite song is Peggy Lee’s Is That All There Is?

It’s an interesting choice: Lee’s nihilistic ballad essentially says life is a series of meaningless disappointments, so you might as well drink away your sorrows and forget about the rest of the world.

BBC News shared this video from two years ago and reported: “Air Force One leaves Joint Base Andrews, with US President Donald Trump onboard for the final time – as the Frank Sinatra song, My Way, plays out across the air base.”

Fox News shared this related piece, further highlighting his taste:

Trump took the stage at the Iowa GOP’s Lincoln Dinner Friday evening as Brooks & Dunn crooned “Only In America,” including the lyrics, “one could end up going to prison, one just might be president.”
