Their efforts to thwart democracy have failed yet again!
According to a recent announcement from the Trump campaign, Washington State has become the sixth and latest state to strike down efforts to keep President Trump off of the 2024 ballot.
Opponents of the 45th President are attempting to use a 14th Amendment provision in an effort to keep voters from being able to vote their will next November.
As these efforts continue to fail we have to ask ourselves what the far-left and the establishment have planned next.
After all, defeat after defeat seems to do nothing for those afflicted with the terrible malady of Trump derangement syndrome. Take a look at this official statement from the Trump campaign:
KION 6, a local CBS affiliate, also reported that President Trump will remain on the ballot in Oregon:
In her announcement, the secretary explained she will follow usual procedure for Oregon primaries and will not remove Trump from the ballot for the Oregon Republican Party primary.
“Oregon law does not give me the authority to determine the qualifications of candidates in a presidential primary,” Secretary Griffin-Valade said.
“I will follow our usual process and expect to put Donald Trump on the primary ballot unless a court directs me otherwise.”
Attorney Harmeet K. Dhillon and journalist Chuck Callesto touched on legal battles in other states where President Trump will remain on the ballot such as New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
💥SO MUCH WINNING!!! Congratulations again to my @dhillonlaw colleagues representing the Trump campaign. We defeated a challenge to @realDonaldTrump’s being on the ballot in New Hampshire, and the First Circuit court of appeals agreed w/trial court and rejected standing. @NHGOP pic.twitter.com/8YdudrosdE

Newsweek explained:
The legal challenges that have sought to remove Trump from state ballots cite a Civil War-era clause in the 14th Amendment that prohibits officials who have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution from holding office if they’ve “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” or “given aid or comfort” to those who did.
