Has it become standard procedure to charge people for doing their jobs now?
Two election officials from Cochise County Arizona have been charged by the state’s Democrat Attorney General Kristin Mayes.
Terry Crosby and Peggy Judd have both been charged with felonies for allegedly ‘refusing’ to certify Cochise County’s election results immediately following the election.
The two election officials voiced concerns over the legitimacy of the voting machines and sought a hand count of the ballots before moving to certify the results—which is part of their job.
If convicted, they could face up to two-and-a-half years behind bars. Arizona Sun-Times reporter Rachel Alexander writes:
“Here’s the latest in this lawsuit that brave Cochise County Supervisor Tom Crosby (who the fascist alleged AZ AG Kris Mayes has now gotten indicted, my article on that will be out shortly) filed against Arizona officials demanding decertification of the 2022 election due to all the laws that were broken.
He’s now citing the recent ruling by a Yavapai Judge which found that Maricopa County did violate the law by not comparing ballot affidavit signatures to the original signatures of voters on their voter registrations as required by law. Of course, the case has been assigned to a Democrat-appointed judge.”

They are trying to throw Cochise county officials in jail and we have the constitutionally granted plenary authority to protect the 2024 POTUS election and they still haven’t done it
Ask them why

The Epoch Times provided context for the charges issued by the Arizona AG:
The indictment alleges Mr. Crosby and Ms. Judd conspired to delay Cochise County’s vote canvass and knowingly interfered with the secretary of state’s ability to complete a statewide vote canvass by the deadline.
At the time, Judge Casey McGinley of the Pima County Superior Court instructed Cochise County’s board of three supervisors to convene and declare the election results official.
Below are the corresponding legal documents filed by Arizona Attorney General Kristin Mayes against the Cochise County election officials.
NBC News provided this predictable statement from Arizona Attorney General Kristin Mayes:
“The repeated attempts to undermine our democracy are unacceptable.”
