Crime in the Big Apple is about to get worse.
New reports reveal that upwards of 2,500 NYPD officers resigned in 2023 alone.
This is the 4th highest number within the last 10 years.
But here’s the thing: the year isn’t over.
At the rate resignations are going, 2023 could be the worst on record.
This means that the last decade has set an alarming record of mass resignations.
With crime skyrocketing and illegal immigrants flocking to NYC, the city could be unrecognizable in just a few months.
Crime is already at historic highs.
Shoplifting, drug use, gang violence, and homelessness pervade the streets.
This is what you get when Democrats, who control NYC, promote #DefundThePolice and the #ACAB (All Cops Are Bastards) movement.
And who will suffer?
The innocent people in New York City who still have common sense.
The people who didn’t vote for this mess!
As for everyone else, well, they’re getting what they voted for.
BREAKING: Over 2,500 NYPD officers have turned in their badges and left the force in 2023 thus far.
This is what happens when you don’t stand with your officers and treat them like criminals for doing their jobs.

One of the things I didn’t realize until the subway psycho killing. NYPD has a list of the 100 worst offenders. They could stop them. Just remove them. That’s how easy this stuff is to fix. In a huge city like NYC, with millions of people, you only need to render 100 or so.

Update: NYC protestors have said they won't leave until they get a permanent ceasefire. NYPD stated they are overwhelmed, yet they are doing nothing as usual to remove them.

Over 2,500 NYPD officers have turned in their badges and quit in 2023.
This comes as crime is skyrocketing and police budgets are being slashed.
Democrat cities are failing.

You would think that if that many officers resigned, the city would reevaluate.
I mean, having a few hundred resign would be alarming.
Having over a thousand resign should send shockwaves through local government.
But 2,500?
That should have everyone on high alert.
And yet, NY “leadership” doesn’t seem to care.
The Daily Mail has more details:
More than 2,500 NYPD cops have turned in their badges so far this year as the force continues to struggle with a mass exodus.
ADVERTISEMENTThe resignations are leaving remaining staff with crippling workloads as they are forced to pick up ‘inhumane amounts of overtime’, according to union leaders.
So far 2,516 NYPD cops have left, the fourth highest number rate in the past decade, the New York Post reports.
Meanwhile the number of cops walking before they reach the 20 years required to receive their full pensions has soared by 104 percent, from 509 in 2020 to 1,040.
‘The workload is a leading factor driving people away from the job,’ Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry told the outlet.
‘If the NYPD is going to survive these staffing reductions, it cannot just keep squeezing cops for more hours.’
He added that the reductions in staff were leading to cops picking up, ‘inhuman amounts of forced overtime’.
With the current political environment and the city refusing to take action on crime, it’s hard to see how the NYPD turns itself around.
You know what they say…
History repeats itself.
And it looks like NYC is about to experience the crime wave it did in the 70s and 80s.
REPORT: NYPD cops are leaving the force at insane levels as crime in New York City continues to worsen.
Over 2500 cops have left the force this year, 43% higher than the amount who left in 2018 before the pandemic.

New York City’s anti-police climate and soft-on-crime policies are forcing its police force to quit.
2,500 officers have turned in their badges so far in 2023.
This trend does nothing but worsen its crime crisis.
Get out of Democrat-run cities. https://t.co/NoJQS2ECJz

The crime problem will only get worse.
Gangs, criminals, cartels, and illegals will flock to NYC if they know the police are overwhelmed.
It’ll soon become a free-for-all.
The New York Post confirms that the historic rates have been going all year:
It’s ’23 skidoo.
New York City cops are resigning at a record-breaking pace this year as the NYPD’s alarming exodus continues, according to new data obtained by The Post.
“The NYPD staffing emergency is approaching the point of no return,” said Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch.
The shocking stats show 239 officers tapped out in January and February, a 36% spike from the 176 who fled in the same period last year and a disturbing 117% jump from the 110 in 2021, NYPD pension data show.
That’s the highest number of resignations for the first two months of a year since 250 members quit in 2007 during a contentious contract dispute,
Again, if it continues at this pace through December 31, then 2023 could be the worst year on record for the NYPD.
Where Mr. “Crime Bill” Joe Biden?
Shouldn’t he be all over this?
Unfortunately, he’s nowhere to be found.
The best we can hope for is the return of President Trump to usher in another four years of law and order.
