Pornographic actress Stormy Daniels recently suffered a legal setback.
The 44-year-old filed a complaint against attorney Joe Tacopina alleging that there was a conflict of interest in the celebrity attorney representing the former President.
Daniels asserts that Tacopina approached her first in a bid to represent her before he represented President Trump.
On Tuesday, that complaint was tossed, and no further actions will be taken against Tacopina in this matter.
In September, the judge presiding over the broader Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ case reached a similar conclusion asserting that Tacopina had no conflict of interest in representing President Trump. Here’s more on the story:

The Hill confirmed:
“Following an investigation of the allegations in the above-referenced complaint filed against you, the Committee has determined to take no further action,” Jorge Dopico, chief attorney for the Attorney Grievance Committee of the First Judicial Department, told Tacopina in a Tuesday letter.
Bo Snerdley was critical of Daniels and remarked: “This 15 minutes just continues to go on and on and on and on.”

MSNBC had more on the original complaint:
Under the American Bar Association’s rules of professional conduct, Tacopina’s duties include not representing another client with adverse interests to Daniels; not publicly disclosing information that she revealed to him; and certainly not publicly calling her account into question on behalf of another client.
