The media and their allies in the Democrat party have told us again and again that January 6th was the day that “democracy almost died.”
They told us that it was the worst event since the Civil War.
Well, if that’s the case, why were Capitol Police fist-bumping the alleged rioters?
Newly released, never-before-seen (to the public) footage, shows TWO offers releasing a rioter from hand cuffs.
After the rioter is free, he fist bumped the cops.
All of this was caught on security camera.
Why did that happen?
What’s the story behind this?
Why would the Capitol police arrest a “dangerous” rioter only to release them within the building?
And why would they fist bump them?
Don’t take our word for it.
See the footage for yourself:

A Fist Bump? WTH! Capitol Police uncuff a January 6th Protestor and give him a fist bump. Something is definitely not right about the J6 Pelosi narrative.#J6footage #jan6 #J6https://t.co/UoPx3jgHXG— John Cremeans USA (@JohnCremeansUSA) November 17, 2023

Do you think anyone was fist bumping during Pearl Harbor?
Or what about during 9/11?
If January 6th is really as bad as the Democrats and the media claim, then these cops should be investigated for their actions.
While most of the media is ignoring the new footage, Newsweek confirms:
A video capturing a Capitol rioter fist-bumping police is raising questions across social media about the events that transpired on January 6, 2021.
Hundreds of Donald Trump supporters stormed the Capitol building on January 6 in a bid to stop the 2020 presidential election result from being certified after Trump baselessly said that it had been stolen from him via widespread voter fraud. In the ensuing violence, several people including Capitol Police members died, while over 100 Capitol Police officers were injured.
On Friday, House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Louisiana Republican, announced that his office would be releasing the complete archive of Capitol riot security footage, roughly 44,000 hours in total, after releasing an initial batch of footage totaling 90 hours. He had previously promised to release the footage during his run for the office of speaker.
A number of short clips from the footage were shared to X, formerly Twitter, with one video in particular raising questions about the events of that day as the video shows a Capitol rioter in handcuffs being escorted, but is soon released and is seen fist-bumping police.
Radio and podcast host John Cremeans questioned the events in the video by asking, “A Fist Bump? WTH! Capitol Police uncuff a January 6th Protestor and give him a fist bump. Something is definitely not right about the J6 Pelosi narrative.”
At the very least, the cops endangered everyone by releasing a rioter at the site of the riot!
But at the worst, this suggests some sort of friendly relationship between the “rioter” and the cops.
We now know that many feds, including undercover agents were present.
But why weren’t any of them questioned as part of the January 6th hearings?
I’ve said it from the beginning and testified before Congress, #J6 was a set up. Some idiots surely broke the law but, it was @TeamPelosi Op. https://t.co/RPDKOgxKi4

While this doesn’t change what happened on J6, it raises questions about the public narrative.
It seems less and less likely that this was an “insurrection.”
Rather, it appears to be a massive security failure.
And to be sure, there are other questions that deserve to be answered.
The Federalist has more details on what happened:
More footage from the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, further contradicts the left-wing narrative that the day’s events constituted a “violent insurrection” wherein democracy itself was placed in jeopardy at the hands of virulent demonstrators.
Last week, Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson of Louisiana began releasing tapes containing more than 40,000 hours of footage from the Capitol, which were buried for three years while House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and lawmakers on the partisan Jan. 6 Committee worked to dramatize the riot with prime-time show trials.
ADVERTISEMENT“When I ran for Speaker, I promised to make accessible to the American people the 44,000 hours of video from Capitol Hill security taken on January 6, 2021. Truth and transparency are critical,” Johnson said in a statement. “This decision will provide millions of Americans, criminal defendants, public interest organizations and the media an ability to see for themselves what happened that day, rather than having to rely upon the interpretation of a small group of government officials.”
With a portion of the footage made available by Friday, the rest of the tapes will be made public on a rolling basis. Cameras captured demonstrators peacefully marching through the halls of the Capitol while police officers stood by.
In another clip, a Capitol police officer is seen removing restraints on one demonstrator after walking him down a hallway out of sight from the crowd — before another officer bizarrely congratulates him with a fist bump.
Can you think of anything that would excuse this behavior?
Is there any explanation that would make all of this make sense?
