BREAKING: Comer Files Subpoenas For Biden Family

As part of the House Oversight Committee, Representative James Comer has officially signed three subpoenas.

The three subpoenas are for:

1. Hunter Biden
2. James Biden
3. Rob Walker

The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Hunter Biden, James Biden and their business associate, Rob Walker, for testimony before the panel as part of its investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings, Fox News Digital has learned.

The committee also requested transcribed interviews from James Biden’s wife, Sara Biden; President Biden’s daughter-in-law, Hallie Biden, the widow of President Biden’s son, Beau, who later was romantically involved with Hunter; Hallie Biden’s older sister, Elizabeth Secundy; and Hunter Biden’s wife, Melissa Cohen.

Financial records the committee subpoenaed earlier this year revealed that members of the Biden family, including Hallie Biden and Sara Biden, received more than $1 million in payments from accounts related to Walker. Those records revealed that Hallie Biden received a payment from Walker’s account — Robinson Walker LLC — in March 2017 for $25,000.

Walker worked on a joint venture called Sinohawk Holdings, which was meant to be a partnership with Chinese energy firm CEFC.

The committee also requested a transcribed interview with Hunter Biden’s former business associate, Tony Bobulinski, who was also involved in Sinohawk Holdings.

“The House Oversight Committee has followed the money and built a record of evidence revealing how Joe Biden knew, was involved, and benefited from his family’s influence peddling schemes. Now, the House Oversight Committee is going to bring in members of the Biden family and their associates to question them on this record of evidence,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said in a statement. “Unlike the many lies President Biden told the American people about his family’s business schemes, bank records don’t lie. These records reveal how the Bidens sold Joe Biden around to the world to benefit the Biden family, including Joe Biden himself, to the detriment of U.S. interests.”

The walls are closing in around the Biden family.

It is only a matter of time before their corruption lays bare for this country to see it.

I don’t expect her to admit to wrongdoing from her boss, but come on.

The GOP investigation into the Bidens has multiple prongs, including claims the Bidens were engaged in influence peddling, as well as that some of that money flowed to President Biden himself during the vice presidency.

House Republicans have failed to demonstrate that President Biden took a bribe, and the White House has said his actions to topple a Ukrainian prosecutor for failure to address corruption had no connection with his son’s work on the board of a Ukrainian energy company. The White House has vigorously denied any wrongdoing.

And Weiss on Tuesday said he’s retained full control of the investigation into Hunter Biden, pushing back on GOP claims his prosecution was stymied by DOJ leadership.

The committee already has substantial information on Walker, who was previously interviewed by the FBI in 2020 and stated that President Biden had little insight on involvement into his son’s business practices.

“I certainly never was thinking at any time that the V. P. was a part of anything we were doing,” he told the bureau at the time.

That came in response to claims from Bobulinski, who Hunter Biden has said he was only briefly involved with, that the president’s son planned to hold money for a figure Bobulinski assumed to be his father.

Walker told the FBI it was “wishful thinking” President Biden would ever be involved in their business.

I believe Rob Walker will have a lot to say about this.

We already know that Hunter Biden has demanded the DOJ to investigate Rob Walker after he turned his back on him.
