Elderly Jewish Man Dead After ‘Altercation’ With Pro-Palestine Protester In L.A.: Cops

After a deadly Hamas attack on Israel a month ago, many leftist Americans dutifully sided with the terrorist organization in its mission to eradicate Jews from the face of the Earth.

As the result of one such demonstration in Los Angeles, police say a 69-year-old Jewish man is now dead.

According to Fox News:

Deputies responded to reports of a battery at a demonstration on Westlake and Thousand Oaks Boulevards after a verbal altercation broke out between 69-year-old Paul Kessler and an unnamed protester on Sunday afternoon, per a department press release.

“Witness accounts indicated that Kessler was involved in a physical altercation with [pro-Palestinian] counterprotesters,” the release continued. “During the altercation, Kessler fell backwards and struck his head on the ground.”

The department said it is continuing to investigate the incident and the “possibility of a hate crime” has not been ruled out.

Interspersed among posts by all the Hamas apologists, Kessler’s death received some attention on social media this week.

Of course, this wasn’t the only destructive pro-Palestine riot on the streets of the U.S. in recent days.

As leftists continue to portray Jan. 6 protesters as insurrectionists for demonstrating on Capitol Hill, a mob made its way to the White House recently while shouting anti-American slogans and committing acts of vandalism.

As the New York Post reported:

“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” the crowd dotted with Palestinian flags and signs cried at the start of the event, which drew attendees from across the country.

The chant – which is growing increasingly popular in the wake of Hamas’ deadly incursion into southern Israel last month and Israel’s subsequent retaliatory attacks on Gaza – is widely considered antisemitic because it implies the elimination of the State of Israel and its people.

Others chanted, “Long live the Intifada,” an Arabic word used to refer to Palestinian uprising, specifically to conflicts that ran from 1987 and 1993 and from 2000 to about 2005 that left thousands dead.

Unofficial reports estimate more than 100,000 showed up to the protest, but DC Police could not confirm, telling The Post it does not estimate crowd size.

Here’s some coverage of that situation:
