WATCH: President Trump Salutes Jan. 6 “Hostages” During Rally

At President Trump’s Houston rally on Thursday, he walked on stage playing “Justice for All,” sung by the J6 Prison Choir.

President Trump referred to those imprisoned on Jan. 6 as “hostages.”

President Trump always knows how to inspire a crowd!

Check out what the Washington Examiner had to say about the event:

Before Trump launched into his speech, he walked onstage to the song “Justice for All,” which featured the J6 Prison Choir, comprised of those imprisoned concerning Jan. 6.

“Well, thank you very much. And you know what that was … I call them the J6 hostages, not prisoners. I call them the hostages, what’s happened,” Trump said after the song finished. “And it’s a shame.”

The song hit No. 1 on some music charts in mid-March which Trump bragged about during his rally. “And when that came out, it went to the No. 1 song. It was beating everybody. It beat Taylor Swift,” he added. “It beat Miley Cyrus … they were No. 1 and 2. We’d knocked them off for a long time.”

Generally, Trump rallies feature him walking out to Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA,” but this was at least the second time a Trump rally played “Justice for All.” The first time was during a Waco, Texas, rally Trump held in late March.

President Trump not only moved the crowd but everyone that was watching.

Many took to social media to express their support for President Trump.

You would never see Joe Biden giving such a moving speech to the nation.

Joe Biden is a weak leader.

In fact.

I, like many others, do NOT view Biden as any leader.

We need a strong individual like President Trump back in the White House to help restore this country.

The Hill shares more on the story:

In the song “Justice for All,” which was released on multiple streaming services in March, Trump is heard reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. The 45th president’s portion on the track follows a chorus of Jan. 6 inmates, credited on the song as the “J6 Prison Choir,” who sing “The Star-Spangled Banner.”

The end of the song features the chorus repeatedly chanting “USA!”

Money raised from the song was reportedly directed to families of the Jan. 6 mob who participated on the track.

Trump has repeatedly expressed sympathy for rioters charged in connection to Jan. 6, when his supporters violently clashed with law enforcement and stormed the complex to try and halt the certification of President Biden’s 2020 victory.

The former president has said he would consider pardoning some of those charged in connection to the Capitol attack, and he spoke earlier this year at a fundraiser organized for Jan. 6 defendants.

It would be fantastic if President Trump could pardon some of those involved on Jan. 6.

They should have never been imprisoned in the first place.

I am sure that Biden and his corrupt administration get a kick out of imprisoning some of President Trump’s most devoted supporters.
