Speaker Johnson Seeking Impeachment – Biden Involved in “Cover-Up”

Speaker Johnson has expressed his belief that Biden has actively engaged in a “cover-up” regarding Hunter Biden’s business dealings.

Additionally, Speaker Johnson intends to pursue an impeachment inquiry into Biden that former Speaker McCarthy launched.

Fox News interviewed Speaker Johnson.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital Friday evening, the speaker said the inquiry will continue under his leadership.

“We are the rule of law team, and so we have to respect and regard due process and do this in a way that the founders would have intended,” he said. “Impeachment is an awesome power that Congress has, and it is not intended to be, nor should it be, used as a political tool to be wielded lightly.”

Johnson added, “We take this very seriously.”

The speaker said House Republicans will continue investigating, “collecting evidence and following the truth and that evidence wherever it leads.”

“We’ve not predetermined the outcome of this. We’ve not pre-judged it,” he said. “But I think everyone can see how it is unfolding,” he added.

Johnson, a constitutional lawyer and former member of the House Judiciary Committee and House Committee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, has been involved in the impeachment investigation first-hand.

I trust that Johnson will conduct a proper investigation exposing the Biden family’s corruption.

Last week, Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., chairman of the House Oversight Committee touted  the discovery of a $200,000 payment to Biden from his brotheras evidence that the president benefited from his family’s “influence peddling scheme.”

However, payments made to Biden from his brother, James Biden, appear to be reimbursements, according to bank records reviewed by The Messenger.

The impeachment inquiry covers Biden’s time as vice president to present day, including his time out of office.

Johnson and Biden met officially for the first time earlier this week when the House Speaker traveled to the White House for a meeting to discuss aid for the war-torn countries of Ukraine and Israel.

The $200,000 check that Biden possessed was extremely suspicious.

Currently, it is believed that the check was used to pay a loan.

I’m not sure about that story.
