Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene has introduced a resolution to censure “Squad” member Rep. Rashida Tlaib over alleged antisemitic activity and her failure to denounce the Hamas terrorist group.
A censure is a voted-upon procedure in which the House votes to disapprove of the conduct of one of its members.
This could mean that Rep. Tlaib is stripped of her committee assignments or other privileges.

Fox News covers more on the story:
Greene accused Tlaib of leading a pro-Palestinian protest on Capitol Hill last week. Hundreds of demonstrators called for a ceasefire after the terror group Hamas staged an unprecedented, bloody incursion from the Palestinian exclave of Gaza into southern Israel on Oct. 7, killing hundreds of civilians and prompting an ongoing response from the Israeli military.
Tlaib, the only Palestinian-American member of Congress, spoke at the protest, during which activists took over much of the ground floor at the Cannon House Office Building.
ADVERTISEMENTIn those comments, she blamed Israel for bombing a hospital in Gaza – remarks she did not retract after multiple intelligence agencies said that existing proof indicated the blast came from a misfired Hamas rocket.
Greene called the protest “an insurrection” in her resolution.
Tlaib needs to be punished for not denouncing the terrorist group Hamas and inadvertently supporting the destruction of Israel.
Those calling for a ceasefire know nothing about the conflict.
Do they genuinely think that a terrorist organization like Hamas would agree to a ceasefire?
If Israel stops its defense, it will be destroyed.

Now, of course, Rep. Tlaib is throwing a fit and complaining about the censure.

Rashida Tlaib attacks Marjorie Taylor Greene’s resolution to censure her, calling it “unhinged” and “deeply Islamophobic.”

What is Islamophobic about denouncing terrorists?
There was nothing Islamophobic about attacking and defending against the Taliban and Isis?
NBC News shares more on the demonstration that Tlaib was involved in:
The demonstration last week was organized by far-left Jewish activist groups, including Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow, who are advocating for a cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas conflict.
The Anti-Defamation League says that Jewish Voice for Peace is “a radical anti-Israel activist group that advocates for a complete economic, cultural and academic boycott of the state of Israel” and that IfNotNow’s “criticism of the Israeli government has been extreme, including calling it a ‘violent, bloodthirsty regime,’ and alleging that it is perpetrating genocide in Gaza.”
Greene’s resolution cites a number of statements Tlaib has tweeted or retweeted supporting Palestinians and criticizing the Israeli government.
Because it’s a privileged resolution, the House will have to vote on it within two legislative days. The House is set to return to Washington next Wednesday, so a vote wouldn’t happen until next week at the earliest.

It is astounding that a member of Congress can openly support a terrorist organization and still be allowed in office.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green is doing the right thing.
Tlaib needs to be punished for her arrogance.
