As the world continues to burn all around us, the witch hunt against the 45th President of the United States continues.
Judge Arthur Engoron has ruled that Ivanka Trump must testify as part of her father’s ongoing civil lawsuit in New York City.
Engoron has reversed the court’s previous decision to leave Ivanka Trump out of the trial; Engoron cited her alleged ongoing connection to the Trump Organization.
This move will surely draw the attention of critics, who will argue that compelled testimony of family members flies in the face of justice and accepted legal practices in America.
Is anyone truly surprised by this though? The political persecution against President Trump and his family has relied entirely on novel legal ‘theories’, historical firsts, and questionable legal officials. Multiple outlets have confirmed Judge Engoron’s recent ruling:

CNN reports:
“Ms. Trump has clearly availed herself of the privilege of doing business in New York,” Engoron said.
The judge also said Ivanka Trump should have submitted an affidavit asserting that she does not live or work in the state presently.
“Only she can tell us that, and it’s too late to do that now,” Engoron said.
Adam Klasfeld provided this statement from New York Attorney General Letitia James: “Ivanka Trump Is Still ‘Professionally Intertwined’ with Her Father and Should Testify at Civil Fraud Trial.”
