Judge Refuses To Dismiss Case Despite Cohen Admitting No Fault – Trump: “We’re being railroaded”

President Trump has been on trial for allegedly inflating the value of his properties to receive favorable loans.

Just yesterday, President Trump was fined $10,000 by Judge Engoron for allegedly violating his gag order.

The Judge forced President Trump to the stand to defend himself on why he broke the gag order.

It ultimately resulted in the Judge ordering President Trump to pay a $10,000 fine in the next 30 days.

Another significant development occurred in the courtroom yesterday.

The infamous Michael Cohen took to the stand to testify.

Fox News shares more on Cohen’s testimony:

During a second day on the stand, Cohen, Trump’s one-time friend, lawyer, and someone who once famously said he’d “take a bullet” for his client, was asked directly whether Trump asked him to inflate his finances on personal financial statements.

“Trump didn’t ask you to inflate the numbers on his personal statement, correct?” Trump attorney Clifford Roberts asked.

“Correct,” Cohen replied.

After Cohen’s response, Roberts spoke with the former president and fellow defense attorneys, and told Judge Arthur Engoron he had no further questions.

Roberts then asked for an immediate, direct verdict in the trial in light of Cohen’s testimony.

Engoron, though, immediately said: “denied.”

What a sham case.

There is no reason this trial should have come to light in the first place.

Now that it is painfully evident that there is no evidence, the Judge wants to keep it running and burning a hole in President Trump’s pocket.

Check out what President Trump has said about the case:

And more on the sham case:

Now, let’s get to the ridiculous part.

NBC News gives us a look at Cohen’s response to his previous testimony:

“The witness just admitted that we won the trial and the judge should end this trial immediately. Thank you,” Trump told reporters after he left.

Under questioning from the state attorney general’s office, Cohen testified later that Trump didn’t specifically tell him to inflate the numbers and said he was like a “mob boss” who tells you what he wants without directly telling you.

So, let me get this straight.

President Trump never directly told Cohen to inflate the numbers, but instead, Cohen took it upon himself to do it because he thought that’s what President Trump wanted done.

Why isn’t Cohen on trial!

He admitted that if anyone inflated the numbers, HE did on his own free will.

Case dismissed!
