Remember when Harry Potter author JK Rowling used to be considered a feminist and a liberal?
Well, the radical left has swung so far to the left that JK Rowling now sounds like a staunch conservative.
The best-selling author recently declared that she would be willing to go to jail for simply using proper he/she pronouns.
JK Rowling has been on the frontlines standing against gender identity craziness.
Why?
Because she is a classical feminist.
Not a crazy one.
Rather, she believes that calling men “women” is harmful and demeaning towards real women.
I don’t know about you, but to me, she has a point.

Unfortunately, our society appears to be getting crazier and crazier.
We might not be far off from a time when “misgendering” someone is considered a “crime.”
Seriously.
If radical leftists get in charge, can’t you see it happening?
This is exactly why JK Rowling said she would be willing to go to jail.
Breitbart confirms:
Acclaimed author J.K. Rowling has suggested she would “happily” spend two years behind bars for deliberately calling someone by the “wrong” gender pronouns.
The Harry Potter creator, 58, made her stand after it was revealed calling someone by the “wrong gender” could land British people two years in prison under a proposed Labour Party law, according to Mail on Sunday.
Vowing to toughen up the sentencing guidelines for abuse and violence targeted at trans people, the left-wing opposition party would make attacks motivated by hatred of the victim’s gender identity into “aggravated offences.”
According to the Mail report, this would bring transphobic abuse into line with assault and harassment motivated by hatred on the grounds of race or religion, which are punishable by up to two years in prison.
Rowling refused to have any of it.
“I’ll happily do two years if the alternative is compelled speech and forced denial of the reality and importance of sex. Bring on the court case, I say. It’ll be more fun than I’ve ever had on a red carpet,” Rowling said on X – the platform formerly known as Twitter.
Whether or not you agree with the rest of Rowling’s politics, it’s clear she has common sense when it comes to gender and gender identity.
She has been consistently vocal on this issue.
The question remains:
Will common sense win?
Or will radical leftists tilt the scales in their favor?

JK Rowling branded a 'b***h' by activists after claiming she'd rather face jail than call trans women 'women'.
She’s had death threats, been snubbed by her industry & she still fights on for women’s rights.
Facts,no biological man can ever be a woman.Truth over hurt feelings.

The sad part is that JK Rowling used to be a darling of the left.
But if you don’t follow along with their radical agendas, they’ll throw you under the bus and viciously attack you.
Fortunately, with her millions, it’s likely that JK Rowling would not only survive, but thrive, if such a court case was ever brought against her.
Per The Blaze:
World-renowned author J.K. Rowling mocked compelled speech and said she would be willing to do prison time if denying reality was the alternative.
The “Harry Potter” author has frequently entered the arena of compelled speech, women’s rights, and the encroachment on women’s spaces by men who believe they are women.
ADVERTISEMENTMost recently, she commented on the news that the U.K.’s opposition party, the Labour Party, would force compelled speech if elected into power. The party revealed that it would criminalize the act of not referring to people by preferred gender identities.
Such laws would make “misgendering” a hate crime and upgrade charges to “aggravated offences.” The party would also reportedly strengthen the sentencing guidelines for what it describes as abuse and violence targeted toward transgender people.
This means that alleged transphobic actions would be equated with assault and harassment hate crimes, which carry a possible sentence of up to two years in prison.
Rowling posted a photo from the U.K.’s Ministry of Justice that read “Repeat After Us: Trans Women Are Women.”
“No,” Rowling wrote in response on X.
Of course, if a court case is brought, JK Rowling might change her tune.
But given how staunchly she’s stood behind her beliefs, it seems unlikely.
If JK Rowling actually went to jail for misgendering someone, hopefully the eyes of the silent majority will be opened.
We don’t live in normal times.
The radical left is trying to re-shape society.
It’s up to us to make sure that they can’t.
