NBC News reports that Hamas is willing to release its civilian hostages if Israel ceases its airstrikes on Gaza.
“A senior Hamas official told NBC News’ Richard Engel that the group is willing to immediately release all civilian hostages — foreign and Israeli — if Israel stops its airstrikes on Gaza,” the outlet wrote.
“This feels off to me. Y’all believe they’d release them?” Robby Starbuck questioned.

NBC News reports:
The Hamas official said the hostages could be released within the hour as long as Israel meets its terms. He claimed that there is no safe place to release the hostages now.
ADVERTISEMENTIn exchange for the release of Israeli soldiers held hostage, the Hamas official said Israel must release all Palestinians held in Israeli jails.
The Hamas official also claimed that the U.S. and Israel are already aware of its terms for the release of civilian hostages, because the militant group revealed them in its conversations with the leaders of several Arab countries.

The report follows the horrific bombing at Al-Ahli Arab Hospital.
Gaza Hospital Bombing Causes 500+ Casualties, Who’s Responsible?
Gaza’s health ministry said the bombing has resulted in at least 500 casualties.
The initial death toll stood around 200-300, but the number continues to steadily rise.
Reports indicated a UN-run school housing refugees was also struck.
There are conflicting reports of who bears responsibility for the hospital’s bombing.
While some sources claim an Israeli airstrike hit the hospital, others said a failed Hamas rocket launch caused the devastation.
Tragically, hundreds of innocent civilians are reportedly dead or seriously injured due to the explosion.
The longer this conflict continues, the more innocent people will suffer.
In related news, a top Hamas commander reportedly died after an Israeli airstrike.
