DeSantis Launches Emergency Operation In Israel

Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida has successfully launched an evacuation operation that resulted in  270 American passengers to evacuate from Israel to Florida.

The plan flew from Israel to Spain and landed in Tampa Bay Florida where the American passengers were greeted by the governor himself.

The evacuation plans comes after DeSantis signed an executive order on Thursday that “enables the Florida Division of Emergency Management to bring Floridians home and transport supplies out to Israel.”

Rep. Cory Mills has also launched an operation in Israel and as of right now he has help rescue over 96 Americans stranded in Israel.

Per WFLA:

A plane with 270 American passengers, including 91 kids, flew in from Israel to the United States and was greeted by Governor DeSantis and his family.

The plane flew through Portugal to get to Tampa International Airport, landing around 7:45 p.m. Seven evacuees were taken to Orlando this afternoon.

The Governor signed an executive order on Thursday that enables the Florida Division of Emergency Management to bring Floridians home and transport supplies out to Israel. They. estimate some 20,000 U.S. citizens, including Floridians, are stranded in Israel.

The executive order directs the Flordia Division of Emergency Management to charter flights for Americans trying to get home. It also states, “There are more than 20,000 Americans, including Floridians in Israel who wish to return home but are unable to do so. The executive order allows the State of Floria to carry out logistical, rescue, and evacuation operations to keep its residents safe.”

After the vicious Hamas massacres last Saturday, Project Dynamo launched “Operation: Promised Land.”

Here’s what The Daily Wire reported:

An airlift operation initiated by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis evacuated 300 American citizens trapped inside Israel and is set to arrive in Florida on Sunday night.
The Messenger reported that the Republican presidential candidate will be at Tampa International Airport, along with Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis, to welcome home those onboard the flight.

DeSantis signed an executive order on Thursday authorizing the state to conduct rescue and evacuation operations in Israel following Hamas’ deadly terror attacks last weekend, which have killed well over two dozen Americans.
In the executive order, DeSantis took a shot at President Joe Biden for another lackluster response to a foreign policy disaster that has unfolded on his watch.
“The Biden administration has failed to launch any form of rescue or evacuation operations for Americans, including Floridians, stranded in the region, and has failed to provide information requested by the State of Florida about any plans for such operations,” DeSantis said.
