George Washington once issued an incredibly sage and poignant message to the newly dubbed American people: stay out of foreign conflicts.
More than 200 years later his message has been completely ignored, at our peril. Those born at the turn of the 21st century have seen an embattled United States embroiled in conflict for nearly 100% of their lives.
I don’t need to tell you that the effect this has had on the middle class has been absolutely disastrous, as a once-thriving middle class is hollowed out via debt devaluation to fund these foreign excursions.
Exactly zero of America’s conflicts since the close of the Second World War have been justified or have lent to the peace and prosperity of this nation or her people—quite the opposite.
This should be remembered when the current conflict in Israel or any other foreign nation is considered.
Are Israel, Ukraine, Somalia, or Afghanistan the 51st U.S. state? This is the question one needs to ask before committing to any form of support—financial, military, or otherwise.
Vivek Ramaswamy is widely seen as an alternative to the warmongering political establishment in D.C. that has destroyed our middle class and our money for decades now.
The Presidential hopeful recently made the rounds in the media calling for a responsible, level-headed response to the Israel-Hamas conflict without compromising America’s interests.
Additionally, he has cautioned American policymakers and the public that “We need clarity, [we need] to stay out of World War III.”
Ramaswamy wrote in a lengthy thread: “These emotional outbursts are unhelpful & unserious. The U.S. should provide Israel with diplomatic support, intelligence-sharing, and necessary munitions to defend its own homeland, while taking special care to avoid a broader regional war in the Middle East that would *not* advance U.S. interests:
1. Offer Israel robust intelligence support and stand ready to provide additional military supplies via both sale and transfer.
2. Immediately confirm an American ambassador to Israel, with the vacant embassies in Egypt, Libya, and Oman to be filled in quick succession.
3. End all further nuclear proliferation in the Middle East, including the full phase-out of Iran’s nuclear program and immediately ending Biden’s disastrous plan to share nuclear technology with Saudi Arabia.
4. Fast-track the deportation of any resident aliens who have served with Hamas or Palestinian Islamic Jihad, including extradition to Israeli custody where appropriate.
5. Work with Israel to identify countries willing to accept peaceful Palestinians who wish to escape the pressures of Hamas and facilitate their emigration.
6. Warn the UN of consequences if its historical pattern of drawing false equivalences between Israel and the terrorists who target it continues.”

Fox News provided this quote from Ramaswamy:
“The U.S. should provide Israel with diplomatic support, intelligence-sharing, and necessary munitions to defend its own homeland, while taking special care to avoid a broader regional war in the Middle East that would *not* advance U.S. interests.”
Ramaswamy continued with yet another warning regarding the unending tide of illegal immigration to America under the Biden administration.
“If it can happen in Israel, it can happen here in America.
In the last 2 years, 70,000 “special interest aliens” from countries with known Islamic extremist ties were apprehended trying to enter our country through our borders, yet the reality is countless more have undoubtedly entered given the porous nature of our de facto open borders.
This is unacceptable & dangerous. I visited the Northern Border last weekend & I’m headed to Eagle Pass, TX on Friday to see the Southern Border crisis with my own eyes. We will fix this.”

Breitbart reports that Former Vice President Mike Pence, an establishment politician, rebuked Ramaswamy:
“But I also believe this is what happens when we have leading voices like Donald Trump, Vivek Ramaswamy and Ron DeSantis signaling retreat from America’s role as leader of the free world.
What happened in Ukraine was an unprovoked invasion by Russia. What happened this weekend was an unprovoked invasion by Hamas into Israel.
I really believe now more than ever both the debate within the Republican Party and the debate within America is whether or not we are going to stand once again without apology as the leader of the free world.”
