WATCH: President Trump Scores Major Legal Victory!

President Trump just got another spot of excellent news relating to pending litigation against him.

The 45th President recently told reporters that ‘about 80%’ of the New York City civil lawsuit against him will likely be dismissed.

Trump’s claims are based on the Judge’s ruling upholding an earlier conclusion made by the Court of Appeals.

The appellate court ruled that much of the claims brought forward in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit have already passed the legal statute of limitations and, thus, cannot be considered.

Here’s what President Trump had to say following a break in the ongoing case:

Daily Mail provided a brief synopsis of the courtroom interaction that caused President Trump to celebrate:

Trump celebrated after Judge Arthur Engoron told prosecutors it may have been a ‘waste of time’ to bring in his former Mazars accountant Donald Bender to testify.

Bender spoke at length about Trump’s finances in 2011 – even though a New York appellate court ruled that only allegations after 2014 were allowed to be presented.

‘I trust that you can relate the 2011 documents to something that happened later,’ Engoron told prosecutors. ‘Or this has all been a waste of time.’

Fox News provided critical updates for the ongoing case and this quote from the 45th President:

“They were paid, made money, there was no fraud. They are all happy.

In many pages it says, you must understand, you must do your due diligence. Do not rely on anything,” Trump said.

“This case is a scam. There can’t be fraud when you tell institutions to do their own work.”
