Baltimore PD has opened an investigation into the tragic death of tech CEO Pava LePere.
On Monday, The 26-year-old CEO was found dead in her apartment with apparent blunt-force trauma, and the Baltimore Police Department has since issued an arrest warrant for 32-year-old Jason Billingsley.

According to USA Today:
Officials said Billingsley is believed to be armed and extremely dangerous.
“We implore residents to be aware of your surroundings at all times,” Acting Police Commissioner Richard Worley said at a news conference.
“This individual will kill, and he will rape. He will do anything he can to cause harm.”

LaPere, who graduated from Johns Hopkins University, was named to this year’s Forbes 30 under 30 list in the “social impact” category, according to her LinkedIn profile.
LaPere said she was “honored and humbled” to make the list.
