BREAKING: Musk Files Lawsuit Against Feds

Biden’s Department of Justice will stop at nothing to go after perceived enemies of the regime.

Last month the DOJ filed a complaint against Elon Musk’s aeronautics company SpaceX alleging that the company wasn’t hiring enough green card holders and foreigners.

Musk and numerous other sources have decried the claims as baseless and now Musk is hitting back at the politically motivated Department of Justice.

According to reports, Musk has filed a lawsuit against the DOJ. Kyle Becker explained: “Musk’s lawsuit argues that being forced to hire refugees violates the Constitution.”

The New York Post had more on the story:

SpaceX, in a lawsuit filed in Texas federal court on Friday, says the Department of Justice administrative judges who hear cases involving employment bias against immigrants are not properly appointed, and that keeping the case out of court deprives the company of its constitutional right to a jury trial.

The department did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Tuesday.

Rep. Jim Jordan pointed out the hypocrisy: “Joe Biden’s DOJ has a policy of only hiring Americans. But at the same time, DOJ sues Elon Musk for hiring too many Americans!”

Musk had said that the company was told they were not allowed to hire anyone who not a citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S. and had also called the case an example of “weaponization of the DOJ for political purposes.”
