WATCH: Court Rules AGAINST Dr. Jordan Peterson, Must Undergo “Re-education”

According to sources, a Canadian court has ruled against Dr. Jordan Peterson in a case that has far-reaching implications for freedom of speech in the North American country.

In November 2022, the College of Psychologists of Ontario attempted to force Dr. Peterson to attend professional retraining courses over comments he made regarding a plus-sized model on social media.

Peterson has likened the ‘professional’ training to communist re-education and fought back against this obvious encroachment against his freedom of speech in the courts.

The Epoch Times provided more details on the initial complaint lodged against Dr. Peterson:

The college’s complaints committee concluded Mr. Peterson’s statements in question—which were directed at a plus-sized model, transgender actor Elliot Page, and several politicians—may be “degrading” to the profession and could amount to professional misconduct.

A failure to comply could have meant the loss of Mr. Peterson’s licence and ability to practice in Ontario.

Journalist Colin Wright posted this to X, formerly known as Twitter: “The Ontario Court’s ruling that the College of Psychologists can pursue their prosecution against Jordan b. Peterson is an absolute joke. They’re sending a very clear signal to anyone thinking about speaking their minds—we will destroy your career.”

Fox News added:

In an interview with Canadian outlet CBC News, Peterson struck a defiant tone over having to take the social media training.

He declared, “”I’ll comply with their regulations, but I’m not going to do it in secret…

And the reason I’m not going to do it in secret is because I don’t believe I’ve done anything wrong.”
