“231,000,000 Views, and still counting. The Biggest Video on Social Media, EVER, more than double the Super Bowl! But please excuse me, I have to start getting ready to head down to Atlanta, Georgia, where Murder and other Violent Crimes have reached levels never seen before, to get ARRESTED by a Radical Left, Lowlife District Attorney, Fani Willis, for A PERFECT PHONE CALL, and having the audacity to challenge a RIGGED & STOLEN ELECTION. THE EVIDENCE IS IRREFUTABLE! ARREST TIME: 7:30 P.M.,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

“Former President Donald Trump has responded to the request for a speedy trial. According to the response, Trump is opposed to the motion and he plans to file a ‘timely motion’ to sever his case from that of co-defendant Kenneth Cheseboro, who filed the motion seeking an earlier court date,” FOX 5 Atlanta stated.

“Additionally, Mark Meadows, former chief of staff for former President Trump, has been booked into the Fulton County Jail. He is facing two charges: Violation of RICO Act and Solicitation of Violations of Oath by Public Officer. His bond has been set at $100,000,” the outlet added.

Supporters of President Trump continue arriving outside the Fulton County Jail, waiting for his arrival and arrest.

“Officers with black masks and guns placed barricades up in the location where the rally was supposed to take place today. The barricades were not used yesterday. This is an effort by Fanni Willis to suppress free speech and to stop the rally from taking place outside of the Fulton County Jail,” investigative reporter Laura Loomer wrote.

According to reports, cameras will be permitted in the courtroom.

The New York Post reports:

Former President Donald Trump will surrender to authorities Thursday in Georgia in his 2020 election fraud case, which will mark the first time that television cameras will broadcast his criminal proceedings.

Trump, 77, is expected to turn himself in at Fulton County Jail on Thursday on 13 counts of racketeering, conspiracy, and other charges related to his efforts to invalidate the Georgia results of the 2020 presidential election.

Unlike his previous surrenders in New York City, Miami and Washington, DC, Trump is expected to be fingerprinted and have his mugshot taken before posting a $200,000 bond.

Ahead of his arrival, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee okayed a request from four local television stations to allow live cameras and other recording technology in the courtroom through Sept. 8, documents show.

McAfee’s ruling did not address whether cameras will be allowed at the trial or other upcoming proceedings.
