It’s like we’re back in the era of President Trump’s Tweets setting the internet on fire.
President Trump posted about his $200,000 bail in a post made to Truth Social yesterday.
And liberals are losing their minds.
Check it out here:
This is comedy gold, but liberals wouldn’t know comedy if it hit them in the face.
President Trump is being sarcastic here.
The whole joke is that he is one of the most famous people in the world.
He has the secret service protecting him.
His airplane has the giant gold words ‘Trump’ written on it.
Clearly, there is no chance for him to flee the country.
But Twitter did what it does and started taking everything he said at face value.
I mean, check some of these Tweets out:
BREAKING: Donald Trump idiotically digs his legal hole even deeper by unleashing a threat to flee to Russia and live with Vladimir Putin after the judge in the Fulton County set his bond at $200,000 and barred him from intimidating witnesses.

Holy crap. Donald Trump just ranted about him being a flight risk and flying to Russia to share a “gold domed suite” with Vladimir Putin. The Russian asset is making his loyalty known. He’s not hiding it anymore. pic.twitter.com/bqpyIttm5E

I put Donald Trump defecting to Russia on my bingo card in 2016. pic.twitter.com/LBcP96mRwq

This is the reason I miss President Trump being on Twitter.
It was always fun to see people lose their minds over obvious jokes.
The Hill has more on the story:
Former President Trump joked about fleeing to Russia after his bond was set at $200,000 in the Georgia case over his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Trump said in a Truth Social post on Tuesday that Fulton County, Ga., District Attorney Fani Willis (D), who is overseeing the case, “insisted” on setting a bond.
“I assume, therefore, that she thought I was a ‘flight’ risk – I’d fly far away, maybe to Russia, Russia, Russia, share a gold domed suite with Vladimir, never to be seen or heard from again,” he said, referring to Russian President Vladimir Putin. “Would I be able to take my very ‘understated’ airplane with the gold TRUMP affixed for all to see. Probably not, I’d be much better off flying commercial – I’m sure nobody would recognize me!”
Trump is set to turn himself in to authorities Thursday in Fulton County, where he is facing 13 charges, including racketeering, conspiracy to commit forgery and solicitation of a public officer to violate their oath.
He has maintained his innocence in this case and the other three he is facing in other jurisdictions and denounced all the charges as politically motivated.
Now that the 2024 presidential election is gearing up.
And Democrats are realizing that President Trump is doing good in the polls.
People are losing their minds yet again.
Trump derangement syndrome is alive and well, folks.

Is Trump a "Flight Risk" ???
In this recent posting, he talks about rooming with his buddy, Putin, AND taking a "commercial flight" to Russia.
Q: Would You prefer Trump in "jail", or in "Moscow".

All of this idiocracy is hilariously sad.
I love to laugh at these dense internet-dwellers.
Then I begin to remember that they are real people.
Real people who not only live in this country but vote in elections.
It’s no wonder Democrats love to vote in people like Joe Biden, who is falling asleep on his trip to help the people of Maui.
Remember when I said Trump was probably thinking of defecting to Russia?! 👇 pic.twitter.com/tru2kAhtAJ

My recommendation is to go to Twitter and enjoy the fireworks.
