President Trump’s legal team has requested the judge in President Trump’s ‘hush money’ case to recuse themselves after revealing donations to Biden’s presidential campaign.
That’s right, folks.
The supposed “fair and impartial” Judge Juan Merchan DONATED to Biden’s campaign.
But wait! There’s more!
The judge ALSO donated to the Progressive Turnout Project AND to Stop Republicans.
But he’s impartial and fair…

The Manhattan judge handling the hush money payments case against former President Trump has refused to recuse himself from the case following a request from Trump’s legal team.
Judge Juan Merchan affirmed his ability to be “fair and impartial” in an opinion rejecting arguments from Trump’s legal team stating that he should recuse himself. Trump’s lawyers had pointed to small donations Merchan made to Democratic causes for the 2020 election.
The case against Trump relates to alleged hush money he paid to pornography actress Stormy Daniels ahead of his 2016 presidential campaign.
Merchan donated $15 to then-candidate Joe Biden’s campaign, $10 to the Progressive Turnout Project and $10 to Stop Republicans during the 2020 election cycle.
Trump’s lawyers argued that Merchan is biased and also noted his daughter’s role as president of a digital firm that has done work for Biden’s campaign.
Merchan rejected the arguments and referenced findings from the New York State Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics, which he consulted prior to Trump’s recusal request.
There’s no way this judge can remain impartial in this case.
How is a judge who actively donated to groups that went against the defendant supposed to remain impartial?
They can’t.

The judge adamantly wants to stay on this case.
It makes you wonder why.
To push an agenda?
It’s likely.
Maybe they want to be on the case to get a book deal afterward.
Either way, it’s not looking good.

The amount of indictments against President Trump right now is reaching ludicrous amounts.

Trump’s lawyers filed a motion more than two months ago to remove Merchan from the hush money trial, which is set to begin March 25, over alleged conflicts.
The motion sought to have Merchan, who presided over Trump’s arraignment in the business fraud case in Manhattan, step aside, Trump’s lawyers said in a statement in June.
“President Trump, like all Americans, is entitled under the Constitution to an impartial judge and fair legal process,” they said in the statement.
Trump has complained on social media that Merchan “hates me.” In their June statement, Trump’s lawyers mentioned that Merchan presided over the criminal case against the Trump Organization. Their statement also refers to Merchan’s daughter’s employment with a political firm that worked for Joe Biden’s presidential campaign.
Merchan fined the Trump Organization $1.6 million for a long-running tax fraud scheme. The prosecution’s star witness was Weisselberg, the Trump Organization’s former chief financial officer, who testified against the company as part of a plea agreement.
Weisselberg pleaded guilty to tax fraud charges in August and was sentenced to five months in jail. He was sent to Rikers Island in January and was released in April.
A Manhattan grand jury indicted Trump in March on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to his role in paying hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels weeks before the 2016 presidential election to keep quiet about an affair she alleges she had with him a decade earlier. He has pleaded not guilty and has repeatedly denied an affair.
We already knew that these trials were rigged.
Just another way for Democrats to try and drag President Trump through the mud.

The problem that Democrats fail to realize is that we on the right can see through their BS.
We KNOW that Trump isn’t guilty in these corrupt trials.
He will prevail and STILL win the election.
Democrats are scared of him.
And they should be.
The American people love him and want him vastly more than Sleepy Joe.
