Hunter Biden’s legal team already claims the trial is ‘not inevitable.’
Meaning they believe Hunter can get off freely.
Either through a plea deal or being excused of any charges.
And who would have seen this coming ever since Attorney General Garand appointed David Weiss as special counsel?
The public was not blind to this move.
Clever prosecutor David Weiss, Hunter Biden’s effective shield and sword, can now legally dodge congressional testimony next month.
See how this works?
Garland isn’t in place to assure justice is served, his job is to protect and serve Joe Biden—and ultimately, Barack Obama. https://t.co/0eMc4j4oqQ— Tosca Austen (@ToscaAusten) August 14, 2023
And as a result, a cover-up is unfolding right before our eyes.
Fox News has more on the story:
Hunter Biden’s legal team still maintains that a trial is “not inevitable” and the president’s son could still negotiate a plea agreement.
Attorney Abbe Lowell made the statement Sunday morning during an appearance on CBS’ “Face the Nation.” Lowell told host Margaret Brennan that he was still working to “avoid” a trial for Hunter.
Brennan highlighted comments from the U.S. attorney in the case stating that a trial is “in order” due to an impasse on plea negotiations, but Lowell downplayed the statement.
“When you do not have a resolution and somebody pleads not guilty, as Hunter did, then two things happen: The judge could put together a scheduling order, the end of which would be a trial. There’d be discovery and motions, etc. So that’s why that statement was made,” Lowell said.
“So it’s not inevitable?” Brennan asked.
“It’s not inevitable,” he said, adding that “we were trying to avoid [a trial] all along, and so were the prosecutors who came forward to us and were the ones to say can there be a resolution short of a prosecution.”
Check out what Rep. James Comer has to say:
🚨 I have strongly opposed the creation of a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden.
I had zero confidence that AG Garland would appoint anyone credible. His selection of David Weiss is unbelievable.
Weiss just tried to push Hunter a sweetheart plea deal. @GowdyAmerica pic.twitter.com/wqTmtB6s3f

How much evidence is it going to take before Hunter and Crooked Joe are put behind bars?
It seems as though it is never enough for the Democrats.
They would rather have criminals run this country than ever admit wrongdoing.
Even The Washington Post is arguing that Hunter should NOT get special treatment:
Also, strangely, Mr. Biden’s attorneys and prosecutors appeared to have differing views about whether the president’s son could face further charges under the deal, spurring questions about whether the two sides came to any private understandings not spelled out in the written agreement.
Meanwhile, two IRS whistleblowers claim they weren’t allowed to pursue their investigation into Mr. Biden because of political sensitivities, another reason Mr. Weiss may have asked Mr. Garland to grant him the formal independence that comes with being a special counsel.
Special counsels should not be appointed lightly. They have tended to overspend and overreach. One temptation in the Hunter Biden case might be to investigate the president himself, as many of his critics wish. So far, the record suggests President Biden’s behavior was not spotless — but also not criminal.
No surprise here.
Democrats are trying to protect their own.
Rather than letting justice be served to Crooked Joe and his family.
The people are waking up to this nonsense:

At least Republicans have the balls to get this family out of the White House:
