Today those rumors have been confirmed by multiple outlets in both the independent and the mainstream media.

Bay Area Times provided details including this round of funding for the new media venture, as well as potential structuring for the content.

Reuters confirmed:
The company would be anchored by longer versions of the free videos that Carlson has been posting regularly on Elon Musk’s Twitter since his departure from Fox News, but would ultimately be driven by subscriptions, according to the report.

In June, Carlson started a new show on Twitter called “Tucker on Twitter,” claiming Twitter is the last big remaining platform that allows free speech.
Carlson closed his first episode on Twitter stating, “We’re told there are no gatekeepers here.
If that turns out to be false, we’ll leave. But in the meantime, we’re grateful to be here.” The episode gained more than 70 million views within the first day.
