Per The Daily Mail:
President Donald Trump drew laughter during a campaign stop at an Iowa Dairy Queen by seeming utterly bewildered by the chain’s signature dessert – the ‘Blizzard.’
‘Everybody wants a Blizzard. What the hell is a Blizzard?’ Trump asked about the soft serve shake that has been a menu feature since it was introduced in 1985.
‘We’ll do the Blizzard thing,’ the longtime fast-food lover added, prompting laughter from scores of fans in the restaurant.
Trump visited the Dairy Queen after a campaign rally in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on Friday. The GOP frontrunner was greeted by supporters and treated them to ice cream.
Blizzards are a thick ice cream shake that is mixed with candy or treats of the customer’s choice. McDonald’s – Trump’s preferred chain – has a similar snack called a McFlurry.
He bought Blizzards for everybody:

Trump arrived on stage around 1:30 p.m. starting by outlining his support for Iowa’s status as the first-in-the-nation Republican presidential caucus.
The former president said he’s the most ‘pro-farmer president’ to ever be in the White House.
“Under my leadership, our Department of Agriculture cut seven old regulations for every new regulation,” said Trump.
