Actor Jim Caviezel, famous for his role as Jesus Christ in The Passion of the Christ, joined Steve Bannon on War Room to discuss his upcoming film Sound of Freedom.
Sound of Freedom, available exclusively in theaters July 4th, is based on the life of former CIA agent and Operation Underground Railroad founder Tim Ballard.
Angel Studios acquired the rights to the film and will release the movie in 1,200 theaters nationwide.

Sound of Freedom, based on the incredible true story, shines a light on even the darkest of places. After rescuing a young boy from ruthless child traffickers, a federal agent learns the boy’s sister is still captive and decides to embark on a dangerous mission to save her. With time running out, he quits his job and journeys deep into the Colombian jungle, putting his life on the line to free her from a fate worse than death.
The film stars Jim Caviezel (The Passion of the Christ, The Count of Monte Cristo) who plays the lead role of Tim Ballard. Academy Award Winner Mira Sorvino (Mighty Aphrodite) plays Katherine Ballard and Bill Camp (Lincoln, 12 Years a Slave) plays “Batman”—Ballard’s right-hand man.
“This film is to generate action on Capitol Hill and for major investigations,” Steve Bannon said.
“It is unacceptable in this providential nation that we have that we’re the biggest demand side of the equation both for children for sex, hard that is to believe, plus the organ harvesting,” he added.
Caviezel said this film focuses solely on child trafficking.
During their conversation, Caviezel and Bannon discussed how U.S. alphabet agencies are involved with these sadistic crimes.
“Do you believe that that’s part of the senior government apparatus just does not want to touch this? They profit off it. They don’t mind if it happens. I mean, why would DHS when when they’re in charge and like you said, there’s five drug agents to every one human trafficking agent,” Bannon said.
“It’s my opinion, I don’t know what Tim’s opinion is, but it’s definitely my opinion that this is something they don’t want to solve,” Caviezel responded.
“You think that’s why they suppressed this film for three years after it was finished?” Bannon asked.
“Absolutely,” Caviezel replied.
“You might have 14 people in the room and they all want you, but two have big enough voices where they can shut down those twelve,” he added.
“Let’s go back to Ms. Rodas. She comes out and says, 85,000 children are missing. That’s damn near a Rose Bowl stadium. And I think it’s a lot more than that. After I talked to Tim and many of them, they were saying, Jim, these are small numbers. Okay, fine. But that’s not newsworthy the next day. Like, you don’t want to pick that up?” Caviezel later explained.
“Every time something trafficking comes out, next day, nothing. Nobody wants to talk about this story. Nothing,” he added.
“This is the most important film. This is why movies were supposed to be made. This is why I wanted to become an actor. I wanted to do things to bring the light on evil. And this is a perfect good versus evil film,” Caviezel added.
Caviezel shared the story of how the team working with him on the film disappeared and saved 200 children in Colombia.
But while we were doing this, I had a really great team around me. But all of a sudden, they disappeared. They saved 200 children in the middle of this whole thing. We were literally working. Tim’s team was working…They saved 200 children while we were down there,” Caviezel explained.
“That’s the power of this movie,” Bannon noted.
“About all the other issues you got. About adrenochrome. And about harvesting. And all this apparatus, you say the alphabet agencies are here involved somehow,” Bannon said.
You’re meeting with people. You want hearings, you want investigations, you want whistleblowers, you want everybody to start coming forward,” Bannon added.

In addition to being available in theaters next month, Sound of Freedom may be streamed on Twitter.
Elon Musk has shown interest in streaming the film on the platform.
“I recommend putting it on this platform for free for a brief period or just asking people to subscribe to support (we would not keep any funds),” Musk said.
