Lauren Boebert on Tuesday night introduced her articles of impeachment against Joe Biden via a privileged motion to force a House vote.
“Tonight, I brought a privileged motion to the floor that will force a vote on the impeachment of Joe Biden,” Boebert said Tuesday evening.
“The American people can no longer be subjected to a President who refuses to secure our borders. His open border agenda has put every American at greater risk, allowed human traffickers to thrive and given the cartel a free pass. He is not fit to remain as Commander in Chief,” she added.

"The privileged resolution I introduced yesterday will force a vote on Joe Biden’s impeachment. Republicans need to stick together and get this man out office for his dereliction of duty on the Southern Border," Boebert said.

It appears a privileged resolution may also be used to force a vote on articles of impeachment for the head of a corrupt three-letter agency.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) intends to use a privileged resolution to force a House vote on impeaching FBI Director Christopher Wray.
"Christopher Wray spit in our faces and disrespected our Oversight Committee and our Chairman Comer by forcing us to see redacted versions of UNCLASSIFIED 1023 forms that gave proof of then VP Joe Biden taking a $5 million dollar bribe. I’m turning my Articles of Impeachment on Wray into a privileged resolution," Greene wrote.
"Wray is a bad cop hiding Joe Biden’s crimes and must be held accountable. I won’t tolerate this level of disrespect and pure criminal corruption," she added.

Roll Call reports:
The censure effort comes as other House conservatives are setting their sights on the administration. Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert offered a privileged resolution on Tuesday to impeach President Joe Biden, allowing her to go around House GOP leaders to bring it to the floor. It’s not clear when a vote will be scheduled, but Democrats could also look to table that measure.
Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has also introduced impeachment resolutions that would target other members of the administration, and reportedly could soon move ahead with a privileged resolution to impeach FBI Director Christopher Wray. She has also introduced resolutions to impeach Biden, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland, and Matthew Graves, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
An ally of Speaker Kevin McCarthy, Greene was quoted after supporting the package to raise the debt limit McCarthy negotiated with Biden last month that she expected House impeachment actions as “dessert.”
