A new video has solidified the fact Biden has no clue what year he’s living in.
Biden recently visited Lucy Evans Baylands Nature Interpretive Center in California and as usual, Biden made quite a few bizarre statements.
One of the most bizarre statements Biden shared is that his administration “will have conserved 30%” of all lands and waters under U.S. jurisdiction by the year 2020.”
There’s a major problem with Biden’s statement because it’s 2023!

Check out what Fox News reported:
Biden oddly claimed Monday that his administration “will have conserved 30%” of all lands and waters under U.S. jurisdiction by the year 2020 – three years ago, and before he even took office.
The apparent gaffe came during Biden’s visit to the Lucy Evans Baylands Nature Interpretive Center and Preserve in Palo Alto, California alongside Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom.
“And maybe most important, I’ve committed to – by 2020, we will have conserved 30% of all the lands and waters the United States has jurisdiction over and simultaneously reduce emissions to blunt climate impact,” Biden told those gathered at the preserve.
Fox News Digital contacted the White House for clarification on what year Biden intended to say, but did not immediately receive a response.
According to a White House fact sheet released in March, the Biden administration plans to conserve “at least 30% of U.S. lands and waters by 2030” by investing more than $1 billion in “unprecedented investments in land, water, and wildlife conservation.”
With more than the usual attention on Biden’s confounding use of the English language following “God save the queen, man,” Joe Biden proved his critics right to worry on Monday when he confidently pledged to conserve 30% of federal land/water “by 2020.” https://t.co/XcFlJUETN9

Per Town Hall:
If it’s a day that ends in “y,” President Joe Biden is probably trying and failing to deliver public remarks without causing confusion. On Monday, the president was in California to deliver “remarks on the climate crisis,” but one line stood out because it sounded as though he had taken a time machine, not Air Force One, to the West Coast.
“And maybe most important, I’ve committed that by 2020, we will have conserved 30 percent of all the lands and waters the United States has jurisdiction over and simultaneously reduced emissions to blunt climate impact,” Biden declared in his speech that followed remarks by California Governor Gavin Newsom (D), a potential 2024 primary challenger to Biden waiting in the wings — especially as Biden’s fitness (or lack thereof) becomes more of an issue.
Despite declaring confidently that he had committed “by twenty-twenty” to conserve a significant portion of federal land, Joe Biden was not president in 2020. He took office in January 2021. In 2020, Biden was still running a presidential campaign from his basement. Nevertheless, he persisted?

Joe Biden LITERALLY forgets what year we’re living in.
