The FBI Refuses To Give Back Mike Lindell’s Phone

CEO of MyPillow Mike Lindell joined Steve Bannon on War Room and revealed his phone is still seized by the FBI.

Back in September of 2022, the FBI took Lindell’s phone from him while he was at a Hardee’s drive-thru in Minnesota.

The FBI allegedly took his phone due to an investigation involving “Dominion Voting Systems and Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters”

Since his phone has been seized, Lindell has not been able to even look at his phone let alone get it back.

Here’s what Law.com reported:

Federal appellate judges seemed skeptical Wednesday of the U.S. government’s continued holding of My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell’s cellphone after the FBI seized it during a criminal investigation reportedly related to the 2020 election.

During oral arguments, Judge James Loken of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit pressed the government on whether there’s a limit on how long the FBI can keep the phone and what investigators can view on it. However, he also appeared wary of Lindell’s efforts to block the probe by preventing the government from accessing information already taken from the device.

Fox 9 News shared these details about Lindell’s phone being seized back in September of 2022:

MyPillow chief executive Mike Lindell said Tuesday that federal agents seized his cellphone and questioned him about a Colorado clerk who has been charged in what prosecutors say was a “deceptive scheme” to breach voting system technology used across the country.

Lindell was approached in the drive-thru of a Hardee’s fast-food restaurant in Mankato, Minnesota, by several FBI agents, he said on his podcast, “The Lindell Report.” The agents questioned him about Dominion Voting Systems, Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters and his connection to Doug Frank, an Ohio educator who claims voting machines have been manipulated, he said.

In their latest quarterly results, the retailer announced a “lack of inventory” cost them $100 million.

CNBC reports that the outlook for Bed, Bath and Beyond isn’t good:

In a note to clients, Fadem said that Bed Bath & Beyond’s fundamentals are “deteriorating” amid “choppy execution” by management.

In the near term, Tritton said that the supply chain headwinds will persist, putting a damper on future results.
