It’s Official: Biden and Harris Get Slapped With Articles of Impeachment

Republican representative Andy Ogles of Tennessee has filed articles of impeachment against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

The first article of impeachment against Biden states he used his executive powers to “shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability.”

It also states Biden has been involved in a bribery scheme.

In the article of impeachment filed against Harris, it states she has been negligent of duty due to her handling of the southern border crisis.

Ogles also filed articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris.

The first article of impeachment claims President Biden weaponized the executive branch to “shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability.”

The first article of impeachment also claims Biden administration officials, such as FBI Director Christopher Wray and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen withheld key documents leaders in Congress repeatedly requested.

Ogles noted that the requested documents included bank suspicious activity reports concerning the Biden family and information pertaining to several limited liability companies “used to funnel millions of dollars to Biden family members in intricate financial webs intended to deceive the public and obscure sources of those funds.”

Per WZTV:

Tennessee U.S. Representative Andy Ogles has submitted Articles of Impeachment against President Joe Biden for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Rep. Ogles (R-TN-05) alleges President Biden has “weaponized” his time in office, including his time as Vice President “to shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability.”

Specifically, Rep. Ogles’ bill notes companies created by family members of President Biden and associates used to “funnel millions of dollars to Biden family members,” and allegations while serving as Vice President in 2016 Biden requested the Ukrainian President fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma Holdings, which son Hunter Biden sat on the board of at the time.

The bill also claims a form filed by the Biden administration which was obtained by a GOP committee this year “reportedly details a bribery scheme in which members of the Biden family, including Joseph Robinette Biden, received $5,000,000 each to assist Burisma Holdings.”
