BREAKING: Articles of Impeachment Against Joe Biden Introduced

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Thursday introduced articles of impeachment against Joe Biden.

Greene accused Biden of abusing his power by “endangering the security of the United States and thwarting the will of Congress.”

“Joe Biden has deliberately compromised our national security by refusing to enforce immigration laws and secure our border. [He] allowed approximately 6 million illegal from over 170 countries to invade our country,” Greene said.

“He has allowed Fentanyl, the number one killer of Americans between the age of 18 and 45, to overwhelmingly flood into our country and kill around 300 Americans every single day,” she added.

“His administration has lost complete contact with approximately 85,000 unaccompanied illegal alien children and his policies have forced tens of thousands of illegal children into slave labor,” she continued.

“He endangered the lives of Americans by allowing illegal aliens who attested positive for COVID-19 to enter our country and infect American citizens — yet — while enforcing strict COVID policies on American citizens,” she noted.

“Biden has blatantly violated his constitutional duty, and he is a direct threat to our national security. Therefore, Joseph Robinette Biden is unfit to serve as the President of the United States and must be impeached,” she added.

NBC News reported:

The Covid-era border policy, as Title 42, was put into effect by the Trump administration in 2020 and continued into the Biden administration, until it expired earlier this month. It allowed the federal government to expedite expelling migrants without asylum hearings to alleviate the domestic spread of the virus.

Republicans have criticized the Biden administration for its decision to end the restriction. But while it was expected that the lifting of Title 42 would cause a surge in crossings, the number of migrants crossing the southern border has declined since the policy expired last week.

House Republicans do not have the votes to impeach Biden. Several Republicans had introduced impeachment articles against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas earlier this year with similar allegations and there has been no movement on those measures.

The White House strongly condemned Greene on Thursday, calling her articles of impeachment “a shameless sideshow political stunt.”

The Daily Caller obtained a copy of the articles of impeachment, saying Biden is trying to “systematically destroy” the U.S. In 2o21, Greene introduced articles of impeachment against Biden, citing Biden’s alleged involvement with Ukraine while serving as vice president.

“It is with the highest amount of solemnity that I announce my intention to introduce articles of impeachment today on the head of this America-last executive branch, that has been working since Jan. 20, 2021, to systematically destroy this country, the president of the United States, Joseph Robinette Biden,” Greene said.
