Everyone knows that the alleged charges and accusations against the 45th President of the United States are politically motivated and baseless.
Even many leftists understand that all of his legal woes are part of a well-orchestrated witch hunt.
Alvin Bragg in New York, the looming case in Georgia, and everything that comes out of Letitia James’ mouth is done with the express purpose of taking down President Trump.
The E. Jean Carroll case is no different. Despite not remembering the year in which she was allegedly assaulted, and despite numerous issues with the evidence and the funding for the case, E. Jean Carroll was awarded $5 million in damages. …
Never mind that the jury did not find the former President guilty of rape, never mind that Never-Trump billionaire, and Linkedin founder, Reid Hoffman, was bankrolling the case.
President Trump’s legal team has announced that they have every intention of appealing the verdict in the case, as was widely reported by multiple outlets and President Trump himself.
Read on and watch the coverage below:
Donald Trump's attorney, Joe Tacopina, said the former president plans to appeal the ruling in the E. Jean Carroll civil case, after a nine-member jury found he sexually abused the magazine writer and then defamed her by branding her a liar https://t.co/2VXCpUF3h4 pic.twitter.com/z16gasCR9L

The Epoch Times provided this statement from Trump attorney Joe Tacopina:
“Strange verdict,” Tacopina told reporters outside the courthouse. “It was a rape case all along, and the jury rejected that.”
“We’ll obviously be appealing those other findings,” Tacopina said, referring to the defamation and battery counts.

Just The News explains:
The basis of a prospective appeal remains unclear and Tacopina did not outline his argument to the outlet.
Trump continues to deny Carroll’s claims, calling the verdict a “disgrace” and part of “the greatest witch hunt of all time!”
