In an episode of “The Tulsi Gabbard Show” featuring Tucker Carlson, the political commentator stated there are members of Congress who are controlled by the intelligence agencies.
“There are members of Congress who are controlled by the Intel Agencies,” Carlson said.
“I’m not speculating on this. You know, I lived there for thirty-five years. I know this,” he emphasized.
“I had a very high-ranking, very high-ranking, member of the House Intel Committee tell me at dinner at a restaurant in Washington when he had been drinking,” Carlson continued.
Carlson explained the high-ranking member of the House Intel Committee said he couldn’t text.
He couldn’t text because the NSA reads his messages.
“You’re the head guy of the intelligence committee. You’re their boss. You’re providing oversight in our constitutional system,” Carlson said.
The high-ranking member of the Intel Committee said he knows that but they were still spying on him.
“Michael McCaul, who is the leader of I would say the Neocons in the House, kinda low-key Neocons but Neocons,” Carlson explained.
“I got into an argument with him once last year on the phone. He told someone that I was a Russian agent or something. I was outraged,” Carlson said.
Carlson explained that intel briefers told McCall that he was working for Russia.
