House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) reinforced his support to provide aid to Ukraine.
Is anybody really surprised by this?
The majority of Democrats and Republicans support endless U.S. taxpayer dollars for Ukraine.
Ukraine First.
America Last.
That’s the overwhelming message from Congress and the Biden administration.
While America’s infrastructure and economy crumbles, the Uniparty continues pumping billions of dollars into the corrupt nation.
The taxpayer dollars funneled into Ukraine will only serve the country’s government and oligarchs.
McCarthy confirmed his support for Ukrainian aid during a confrontation with a Russian reporter while visiting Israel.
“I vote for aid for Ukraine. I support aid for Ukraine. I do not support what your country has done to Ukraine. I do not support your killing of the children either. And I think for one standpoint, you should pull out,” McCarthy said.

From Bloomberg:
Speaker Kevin McCarthy gave his most full-throated support for aiding Ukraine in its war against the Russian invasion, in a heated exchange with a Russian news agency reporter in Jerusalem.
McCarthy has in the past called for further scrutiny of aid to Ukraine, responding in part to far-right members of the GOP who have been critical of US aiding Kyiv. Former President Donald Trump, the frontrunner to be the Republican nominee again in 2024, has also made critical comments about the US effort to defend Ukraine.
The speaker, on a trip to Israel was asked by a reporter from a Russian news agency if the US will curtail aid to Ukraine.
Newsweek added:
McCarthy headed a bipartisan congressional delegation to Israel on behalf of its 75th anniversary, which included a meeting with King Abdullah II and the Crown Prince in addition to being the first Speaker in 25 years to deliver a speech at Israel’s Knesset.
ADVERTISEMENTRepublican opposition to Ukraine aid since Russia’s February 2022 invasion has escalated in recent months, led by calls from Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz and others to reduce or even cut off aid entirely and to focus on American taxpayers.
“We know that you don’t support the unlimited and uncontrolled supplies of weaponry and aid to Ukraine,” the reporter, who introduced himself as part of Russian state-sponsored media outlet RIA Novosti, asked McCarthy. “So, can you comment: Is it possible in the near future [that] the U.S. policy regarding sending weaponry to Ukraine will change?”
McCarthy adamantly denied the reporter’s implication that he does not support various forms of aid to Ukraine.
Unsurprisingly, the Biden administration just approved $300 million to Ukraine.

Via Military Times:
The U.S. is sending Ukraine about $300 million in additional military aid, including an enormous amount of artillery rounds, howitzers, air-to-ground rockets and ammunition as the launch of a spring offensive against Russian forces approaches, U.S. officials said Tuesday.
The new package includes Hydra-70 rockets, which are unguided rockets that are fired from aircraft. It also includes an undisclosed number of rockets for the High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, or HIMARS, mortars, howitzer rounds, missiles and Carl Gustaf anti—tank rifles. The weapons will all be pulled from Pentagon stocks, so they can go quickly to the front lines. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because the aid has not yet been formally announced.
