NYC: House Judiciary Committee Hearing Attendee Shouts “You’re a Scumbag!” at Adam Schiff

The House Judiciary Committee on Monday held a hearing in New York City to address victims of violent crime in Manhattan.

Democrats shamelessly politicized the hearing, refusing to address rising crime in New York City and accusing Republicans for attending on “Donald Trump’s behalf.”

“You can pretend that you aren’t here on Donald Trump’s behalf, but you cannot stop the New York criminal justice system from running its course—and you will not intimidate New Yorkers with your brief visit to our city,” Rep. Jerry Nadler said.

Rep. Hank Johnson insulted testifying witnesses who lost loved ones to violent crime by calling them “props in a MAGA Republican production.”

Rep. Adam Schiff later said, “The GOP Leadership and Congress doing what it has done best the last 6 years and that is to act as the criminal defense counsel for Donald J. Trump.”

An attendee in the crowd rebutted Schiff’s comments.

“You’re a scumbag!” the attendee shouted.

“You guys are politicizing this entire event. You’re a scumbag. Every single one of you Democrats. I got you all on video with your face with no attention to the people who are testifying about their families dying,” he added.

“You guys are scumbags!”

“Every single Democrat in that room was completely ignoring testimonies from people who lost loved ones.
