The witch hunt continues. …
I am originally from New York City and Long Island NY, when I was a kid, in the 1990s, everyone loved Donald Trump—everyone, the guy was a hometown hero.
He was magnetic, a symbol of American prosperity, a bombastic celebrity figure, and known for noble gestures like paying off random people’s mortgages.
If you visit New York City today, the scene could not be any different—they might as well change the name of the city to “never-Trump“—they hate him. …
This cheap Trump hate isn’t limited to normal citizens and the electorate in New York City, it extends to most officials in the metropolis—especially Soros-funded prosecutors and the diversity, equity, and inclusion crowd, you know—grifters.
The Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, is no different. …
James is bringing a case against President Trump alleging that he defrauded the IRS by falsely representing his assets—something 350,000,000 Americans do—especially billionaires.
Whether or not her accusations are true remains to be seen, I don’t know if there is any truth to her allegations, but what I do know is that these charges are politically motivated.
As part of her ongoing case, President Trump spent a whopping 7 hours answering the New York AG’s questions in what he referred to as an ‘interesting’ afternoon. …In the end, he reportedly told her to ‘drop it’. …

The Associated Press confirmed:
Shortly after Trump entered the Manhattan skyscraper that houses James’ offices, his attorney, Alina Habba, said he was “not only willing but also eager to testify.”
After the deposition was finished, a lawyer for Trump’s businesses, Christopher Kise, said the former president had spent nearly seven hours “describing in detail his extraordinary business success.”

CNBC outlined James’ objectives:
In addition to the hefty financial penalty, James wants to bar Trump’s companies from doing business in New York.
She also wants to permanently stop Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump from serving as an officer of a company in the state.
