Trump is Heading Back to NYC

President Trump is heading back to New York City but his visit has nothing to do with his recent indictment rather Trump is now heading to New York for another case.

Trump is heading back to New York to answer questions from Attorney General Letitia James’ who is pushing a fraud lawsuit against Trump.

It’s expected Trump will arrive in Manhattan on Thursday.

Check out what Fox News reported:

President Trump will return to New York City this week to face questioning regarding Attorney General Letitia James’ fraud lawsuit against him and the Trump Organization.

Trump is expected to return to NYC from Florida sometime Thursday and will face questions in James’ office in Manhattan. James’ investigation is separate from the 34 counts of felony fraud that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg leveled against Trump last week.

The visit will be Trump’s first time in NYC since he surrendered to authorities in the Bragg case.

Thursday will be the second time the former president has sat down for questioning from James. He also appeared for a deposition with her office in the weeks leading up to her lawsuit late last year. In that instance, he refused to answer any questions, repeatedly invoking his Fifth Amendment rights.

Check out what the New York Post reported:

President Donald Trump is due back in the Big Apple this week to be grilled for the second time by New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is probing the Trump Organization’s business practices, law-enforcement sources told The Post on Monday.

Trump is expected to plead the Fifth — or refuse to answer questions to avoid potentially incriminating himself — as he did when he was quizzed by the AG’s office in the case last year, sources from multiple agencies said.

He is due to fly up from his home in Florida on Wednesday night for questioning by James’ prosecutors at her Manhattan offices Thursday morning, sources said.
