The Post Millennial reports:

When the boy’s body was found in the jaws of the alligator, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission were enlisted to help with the animal and the reptile was terminated in the retrieval of the body.

The 2-year-old’s cause of death has yet to be officially determined by the medical examiner.

Fox News continued:

On Thursday, Jeffrey’s mother contacted the apartment complex property manager after not hearing from her daughter.

Jeffrey was found to have been stabbed multiple times in what Holloway described as “a very violent crime scene.”

Thomas Mosley went to his mother’s house about 9 p.m. Wednesday night with the injuries on his arms and hands, the chief said, before admitting himself to a local hospital, where he remained Friday night.
