FBI Raids Home of Oakland Democrat Mayor

Okay folks, this morning, FBI agents swooped down on a…ready for it?

A Democrat Mayor’s home?!

I know, I’m shocked too.

It was Mayor Sheng Thao’s house.

An FBI spokesperson spilled the beans, confirming this was all part of some “court-authorized law enforcement.”

But the story doesn’t end there.

Turns out the FBI also Andy Duong’s house, (also a Democrat) as he is tied to the same investigation.

So, there you have it.

The Bureau’s in town and they’re actually focusing on someone else besides parents at school board meetings.

The Gateway Pundit reports:

FBI agents have raided a home owned by Democrat Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao on Thursday morning.

KRON 4 reported that FBI agents had arrived at Thao’s property on the 100 block of Maiden Lane in Oakland.

An FBI spokesperson told the press that agents were conducting “court-authorized law enforcement” at Thao’s property.

Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided property owned by Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao Thursday morning, KRON4.com has confirmed. FBI agents arrived at Mayor Thao’s property in the 100 block of Maiden Lane in Oakland at 5:30 a.m., according to sources.

As of 7:30 a.m., agents remained on the scene. An FBI agent at the scene confirmed to KRON4 News that the address was being investigated. A San Francisco FBI spokesperson told KRON4 that the agency is conducting “court authorized law enforcement” at the property.

The FBI declined to provide additional details at this time.

The incident comes on the heels of a recall campaign against the mayor advancing to the November ballot.

The FBI raid came after Oakland residents received enough signatures to force a recall measure on the November ballot.

If anyone reports on this Democrat mayor, the media has already labelled them ‘right wing’:

Dan Noyes from ABC News adds:

“She will wind up having to resign” — long-time political consultant and crisis manager Sam Singer.

I was there as more than a dozen FBI agents emerged from Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao’s house after the four-hour raid, apparently with boxes and bags of evidence. The FBI says not to expect information on the investigation any time soon, but we pieced together where this may be headed by the other sites also hit today by FBI, IRS and US Postal Service investigators.

The case involves a city contractor, California Waste Solutions, and their flashy Director Andy Duong.

He’s the son of one of the company’s founders. The photo below is Duong and Thao from from his Instagram in January 2019, congratulating Thao for being elected to the Oakland City Council.

 

Looks like the FBI is also raiding Andy Duong’s home.

Seems like there’s more going on in Oakland then most would’ve guessed.
